Refund POLICY
If we decide the weather forecast is horrid, we’ll rearrange or refund you.
If you cancel, giving us 7 days notice, we’ll refund you.
If you cancel with less than 7 days notice we wont refund you.
Refunds will be quick and easy.
We don’t like faff, we don’t like stress.
We’re nice people who love being outdoors.
Staff Qualifications
Our North Wales Mountain Guides are all Mountain Leaders.
Our North Wales Swim Guides all hold RLSS Qualifications.
All our staff hold at least Outdoor Emergency First Aid.
All our staff hold Enhanced DBS checks
Lots of our staff are part of Mountain Rescue Teams.
Pick up and Drop OFF
We can collect you from your holiday accommodation.
That service costs + £40.
We can’t collect you from anywhere in North Wales.
We can collect you from close to these places…

We’ll normally pick you up at 09:30 and drop you off at 16:30.
